We welcome every type of private event. Each event is unique and we excel in bringing each vision to life.
Room enough for the whole list.
Six spaces across twelve thousand square feet, from a table of twenty-five in the library to more than a thousand across the whole site. Take a corner or take the lot.
The whole place
Inside and out together, 1,000 or more. Twelve thousand square feet, and all of the ground floor is wheelchair accessible.
Main bar
150. The brewhouse behind the bar, the screens overhead, and the room everybody already knows.
Outdoor stage
200. Turf, picnic tables and palmettos, built for a band or a cookout.
Upstairs
70. Its own floor away from the bar. No lift at present, so worth a word if anyone in your party needs one.
The library
25. The small room, for a dinner, a board meeting or a wake.
Ice cream playground
40. The play space beside Gustard's, which is where the children's parties end up.
Rental is priced in three-hour blocks, with extra hours available, and rates differ between weekdays and weekends. Tell us the space and the date and we will send the number.
Beer, food and a team
that has done this before.
Beer brewed a few steps away, a kitchen on the premises rather than a truck that may or may not turn up, and catering built to the occasion. Screens for a slideshow or the game, space for a band, and somewhere to put the cake.
